Good day,
Developers.
I'm haveing strange behavior of libglade: when I export different
locale than the US, everything gets translated except those strings that
i change during app runtime:
e.g.
gtk_label_set_text (GTK_LABEL (gnome_ppp.setup.label_dial_attempts),
_("forever"));
or
gnome_ppp.detect = gtk_message_dialog_new (GTK_WINDOW
(gnome_ppp.gnome_ppp.window),
GTK_DIALOG_DESTROY_WITH_PARENT | GTK_DIALOG_MODAL,
GTK_MESSAGE_INFO,
GTK_BUTTONS_CANCEL,
_("Detecting your modem..."));
just DON'T work :(
----------------------------
Did:
bindtextdomain (GETTEXT_PACKAGE, GNOME_PPP_LOCALEDIR);
bind_textdomain_codeset (GETTEXT_PACKAGE, "UTF-8");
textdomain (GETTEXT_PACKAGE);
gnome_program_init (PACKAGE, VERSION, LIBGNOMEUI_MODULE,
argc, argv, GNOME_PARAM_APP_DATADIR,
GNOME_PPP_DATA_DIR, NULL);
and:
gnome_ppp.xml = glade_xml_new (xml, NULL, GETTEXT_PACKAGE);
This must be my fault, but where? software: gnome 2.6.0, libglade
2.4.0, glade 2.6.0 and gettext 0.11.5.
Thanks,
Vladimir.
