Go to "ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk"; and select the major.minor version of GTK+ 
that you have on your system.  From this page, select your micro version and 
download "gtk+-x.x.x.tar.gz".  Unpack the file and you will find the source 
in "gtk+*/gtk/gtkfilesel.c" and "gtk+*/gtk/gtkfilesel.h".
