GtkTextView "populate-popup" Signal

Hi all,
i'm working on a Gtk+ Editor (OzEDITor) and i want to add items to the default
popup menu in a GtkTextView widget. I saw the "populate-popup" signal. It's
related to what i wanna do ? And....how ? :-)
