However, this is actually a rather broken way to do the frame stuff (see
bug #96374 and discussions on the usability mailing list) and we'd kind
of prefer it if you didn't do it like this :)
Using the box with the label is pretty broken, but if instead
of a label you use an empty container, and ATK doesn't ignore
the empty container, that's an ATK bug.
