Running an exe .............

Hi,
  I am using C/GTK+/Windows/MSVC  in my application.  I have done 
a simple program and got an exe. When i run the "exe" in a system 
which doesnt have GTK installed, i got the erroe message stating 
that some lib,dll files are missing.

 This means that even if we run the "exe" in a system, should it 
have GTK+ installed? How can i distribute my "exe" to a customer 
who may not have GTK+?
