gtk fileselect widget on top of gnome-vfs ?

Hi all,

I was porting an application to use gnome-vfs, but now I face the fact
that the gtk file selection widget will only work on local files. So if a
user wants to 'save as' for example he/she can only save to the local
filesystem, even if the file was previously on a remote filesystem..

Is there some other file selection widget available that solves these
issues?
