I've wrote a GTK WiW widget (GtkMdi) for my application.
Now I think what where is no need in it, but it already exists. Use it, and send me your sugesstions.
I didn't fully test it yet, but really it's a great idea, i always wondered why there is no such a widget
for gtk.
why don't you try and incorporate it in the Gtk library ?
We had a GnomeMDI in uptill Gnome 1.4. Well infact its still there in Gnome 2.0
but its marked as *depracated*. Not many apps used it though. And there was
a monster of a thread on WiW a year or maybe 2 years ago about WiW. Search
the archives of the community's opinion on that.
No opinions intended. Just a little status-update (so to say) for you guys.
