In gtk-1.2 is there a standard way to show a tooltip _where and when_
the programmer wants? (I'm thinking of uses like does 'ddd', when you
put the mouse over a variable in the code, appears a tooltip showing
it's value).
If this can't be done with the tooltip-api, how could it be simulated?
