Re: Unlinking a notebook page, was: gtk_widget_unparent

This mailing list might not be the appropriate place to ask this question, if anybody
knows the right place, please tell me, or forward it directly.

PS.: Why is it that it takes several days until postings to the mailing list
actually appear in the list ? What I cited above came from my outbox,
rather than the echo from the mailing list, even though the original
posting was sent some 20 hours ago.

Interesting to read the header lines of this posting I'm replying to:

The lowest Received: was added by my own MTA. The next one is by the postfix daemon
running on mail.gnome.org, confirming reception by Saturday 6:00. A Delivered-To:
line without date unfortunately. Then a Received: line from moniker.gnome.org
for receiving the echo posting to be forwarded to my ISP, from Monday, 17:08.
Is there any explanation why the posting needs to be processed for two and a half
days before being echoed ?

Cheers Peter
