Does calling get_text_view_get_iter_at_location() on the start and end of the
rctangle not work?
I have it scrolled and the gtk_text_view_get_iter_at_location actually
did the thing I wanted. I used gtk_text_buffer_get_iter_at_offset which
apparently was not what I wanted.
