vpaned and size

Hello,

I create a vpaned. At the creation, I use :

gtk_paned_set_position (GTK_PANED (vpaned), 200);

But when I resize the window, it's the bottom of the vpaned whose the 
size change. I would like to fix the bottom and it's the top whose size 
change.
