Where can i find the GTK+-2.0 tutorial in a printable format like .txt or simular?

I want to print the Gtk+2.0 tutorial found on gtk.org/tutorial/ but i
cant find it in some printable format.
Can some one tell me where i can find it in .txt like the old 1.2
tutorial?
