Hello everybody !!
I have a question regarding the conventional make process, yet, there is nothing wrong as long as the
./configure;make;make install is simple enough when comparing with long times ago. But, I find the, during
make install, it will install all the docs and .mo files. It's doubtlessly for me, that, not all of the mo is
useful. Actually I only use english interface, and occassionally, chinese for testing..
Can I control the 'make install' so that, I won't install all the stuff. For example, can I use some
env. var. to do so, so edit some well-known variables in the Makefiles??
I'm not familiar with the make/autoxxx framework, so I even don't know how to get relevant reference
for it, thx a lot!
