Is there a gtk 2.x tutorila not online but like

the old gtk 1.x tutoril as a tar.gz file as found for in
gtk.org/pub/gtk/tutorila
for the 1.x version of gtk. 
It would be more easy to have a print out . Who knowns where can be
downloaded the
html files form the online tutorial to the local disk.
