How can convert GdkImage to GdkPixbuf

[GONZALOMZ <GONZALOMZ teleline es>]

I want to know if exist a easy way and efficient to convert
a GdkImage to GdkPixbuf.I want to know how is the 
gpointer *mem of the struct GdkImage. I try 

gdk_pixbuf_new_from_data((guchar *)mem, ...

and give me error.
