Is there a way to bring a Window to the foreground?  Say that it's behind
another window and I have a timer and I want it behind the window for 3
seconds.  I set the timer and when it fires, how do I bring myself to the
front?  I've tried hiding it and re-showing it but that's kind of cheap and
doesn't always work.
