right adjusted text in GtkEntry

Hello All,
I want an editable text entry where the text is
right adjusted. GtkEntry is almost there, but the
text that is added is left adjusted. Just like
the input field in any calculator.
I have tried with gtk_entry_set_position, but without
luck. Any ideas of how to do this?
