hrm.. you don't happen to know the answer for 2) ? :))

hrm.. afaic, I think the GTK_RELIEF_NONE button should only affect the 3D
representation but still draw a background. Or at least another class should be
made like GTK_RELIEF_VERY_LOW ;)
