I want to get the image from display memory directly but not by
calling XGetImage. Is there anyone who can tell me how can I do both
on Solaris and Linux?
What I would do is make a third *copy* of the back left buffer of what's
about to be displayed (flipped). Then simply referancing that when you
want to get what you see.
This means that you need to record this frame buffer just before you flip
it and after all rendering is done.
