How can I set mouse cursor invisible or move it out of window without using mousr?

Dear Sirs,

 

I am trying to design a GUI controled by remote controller but no mouse funtionality.

I don't want users to see the mouse cursor, so I plan to set the mouse cursor invisible or move it out of window.

Furthermore, I need my widgets insensitive with mouse movement.

What should I do?

I wish to hear your reply as soon as possible.
