segfault when including non-standard widgets

Hi everybody!

I'm just trying out to include some other widgets in my gtk+ programs (f.e.
gtkeditor and gtkhtml). But everytime I do this my program segfaults when I
call the gtk_widget_show routine.
F.e. I create a window, with a vbox and a scrolled window, in which I pack the
gtkeditor. Everything compiles fine. But when I trace through the code I can
see that the segfault appears when I finally call 'gtk_widget_show (window);'.
Has anybody discovered similar problems, or am I missing something?
Or maybe I'm just too stupid... ;-)
