Here is a patch to avoid _gtk_tree_view_find_path unless there is a
selection user function. Are silly patches (like this) welcome?
Yes, patches are always welcome. Patches are best submitted to
bugzilla.gnome.org, and second best sent to gtk-devel-list gnome org
(See the README file in GTK+)
Would also be best to mention the version you are using... quite
a few fixes have been made since 1.3.6.
