GTK widgets aren't reusable, you have to create two submenus. But
don't worry about it, it isn't using that much memory. (Overall,
allowing the multiple-parents-per-widget feature would probably use
more memory, due to increased bookkeeping and mess, since you can't
use multiple parents all that often.)
