Handlebox containers around top_level windows

Hi guys,
        I am reposting this since I did not get an answer the first time,
someone please tell me hell no it can't be done at least :-) Owen or Havoc?

I have three handleboxes like so

 top_level_win
|-----------------|
|<- hb 1            |
|-----------------|
|<- hb 2           |
|-----------------|
|<- hb3            |
|-----------------|
|                     |

Say i want any of the handleboxes to be moved around the top_level window when
dragged and be docked at the buttom or right for example. How can I achieve
such a thing (and without using gnome_layout or gnome_dock or any sort of
gnome_put_it_here)

is it possible at all (I looked at all what i could find about handleboxes to
no avail about such info)
