I tried fetching its adjustments and then setting a new value on them,
the scroll bars move but not the window's contents.
I used gtk_signal_emit_by_name() on the adjustment after changing its
value.
When I use the pointer to actually move the scroll bar, only then does the
contents of the scrolled window actually scroll.
What should I do to get the scrolled window to react to the new
adjustment values??
