Hi ,

I just checked it.
libquvi was up to date 0.4.2.
Upgraded libquvi-scripts from 0.4.10 to 0.4.15. 

But it has no effect, same problem occours.  
Guess your 2nd idea, libquvi-scripts' vimeo support is broken 
is the problem

You probably have an outdated version of libquvi-scripts, or
libquvi-scripts' vimeo support is broken.
