release policy

I'm a bit worried about the size of the last grilo release (0.1.6). It was
huge. That means that we're ignoring the "release early, release often" thumb
rule.

Do you thing if is it a good idea to set a general release time frame policy?

Maybe something like every x number of commits or every month.

The from the release 0.1.5 to 0.1.6 it was 146 commits in 4 months!

Just an idea
