It would be nice if the development team could lend its support to
this if needed. You might not worry much about the packaging of your
software, but having these packages available for Debian and its
popular derivatives is really important. Adding the development files
will make things much easier for 3rd party plugin developers, and that
can only be a good thing for the Gnumeric project IMHO.
