Gnumeric, Merge Across

Hi.

How to merge column across (horizontally) in gnumeric? If I select two
column, the result is not one big long column, but instead, it will merge
into one column, and fill it with value from one of the cell in the row
across.

In MS Excell, this menu is known as "Merge Across"
