Save-as with 1.12.3

Hi,

With 1.12.3, the "save-as" file-types are much fewer. In particular,
no CVS, which I have relied heavily on in the past. I hope this isn't
a permanent change. 

Meanwhile, is there some easy way I can get this back?

This is the latest version from the Freebsd-9.0 "Ports" collection.
