I suppose you need to set the LANG environment variable to "it". I don't
know how this can be done using Windows7 though, may be there is an
entry in the configuration panel, if this still exists in recent Windows
versions.

On Windows7, easy way to get there is to click on the circle button thing which is normally in the lower left 
corner of the screen (formerly known as the "start" button) and type "environment" in the search box that 
appears. Or maybe whatever "environment" is in Italian. That should quickly locate the link to the applet 
that allows the user to set the environment variables.
