Dynamic range in Diagrams

Hello, I created a histogramm.

Example
   A B ...
1 1
2 2
3 3
4 2
5 3
6 1
7 3
8...

A Histogram (I have much more Diagrams based on that Datas) in the range
A1:A7

So from time to time, I want to append datas (for example A8 and A9), and as
it is now, I have to correct alls data ranges in each diagram (extend from
A7 to A9 in this example)

So my question is: is there any possibility for the diagrams to look for the
last filled in cell in a column?
