How to copy formulas from a text or remove (') from ('=) of many cells?

I'm trying to copy a file
Ex.: Select the text below and press ctrl+C
3
=A1

Open one spreadsheet in gnumeric and press ctrl+V on the cell A1.
The content of the cells will be:
3
'=A1

I want it like this:
3
3

I'm trying to find a way to:
*paste the formulas directly, instead of the text
*or remove apostrophes automatically (because my text is bigger than this
example, and it is impracticable to remove the apostrophe of all cells)

But I'm not finding any solution.

Could anyone help me?
