Hi Jean,

Thank you for the reply. I already installed the latest goffice package. 
Reinstalling gnumeric using th sudo make install command did not change 
anything.

I also reinstalled both goffice and gnumeric using the sudo make install 
command but now I get this error:

gnumeric: error while loading shared libraries: libgoffice-0.8.so.7: 
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

There seems to be a problem with goffice now. ;)

That's really weird...
