Replacing formula result with result

Is there a function to replace the cell content by the result of the
formula for this cell?

I have a file where one sheet accesses some other sheets in lots of
cells via vlookup. This is quite slow in loading and adding a value to
a column searched through by vlookup. The results of the formula won't
change anymore for lots of cells, and I would like to replace the
formulae for these cells by the calculation results. Is there a way of
marking an area and calling some command to do the conversion?

I am currently using gnumeric 1.7.11 if it matters.
