Copying data + graphs

A question I have not been able to find the answer to in the help files.
I have a spreadsheet with data and charts on a sheet. How can I copy the
sheet to a new one so that the data does not link back to the first
sheet? I want to be able to overwrite the copied data with new data. In
Ex**el you can do this by copying a sheet with the shift key pressed - I
cant get the same sort of thing to work in v 1.6.3. Can you do this in a
later version?
