Gnumeric 1.7.11 for Windows?

Hi all

I have silently and calmly waited for a Win32 binary of this latest 
build for a week now.
There isn't going to be a binary, is there?

I have found several bugs (and crashes) in build 1.7.10 but I have not 
submitted them since I have no idea if they are already fixed.

Sincerely, I think my contribution to this project is not appreciated...
