Gnumeric 1.7.2 Released!

Gnumeric 1.7.2 has been released.  This is a development version and it requires
the brand-new libgoffice 0.3.2.  It also requires libgsf 1.14.2 which
was introduced
with the previous Gnumeric release.

This release fixes a number of long-outstanding crashes as well as a few
other things.  See below for details.
