The translations will affect the GUI only. No matter what language
you enter the sum function as, it will be "SUM" in the files. Just as
TRUE is simply "TRUE" in files, even if translated on the screen.
There may still be reasons to display the untranslated functions, for
instance when giving people on IRC XL lessons.
