How to permantely remove the OBJECT Toolbar

Hi
I have GNUMERIC 1.4.3 installed on my Gentoo box with KDE as my desktop. One
thing that I would like to do is permantely remove the Object Toolbar. When
I remove it from view after starting gnumeric, after I close and restart
gnumeric again, the Object toolbar is back.
Is there a setting somewhere that I can change to make this permanent ?
