Since there can be a script at the end of the url this is much more 
flexible than ,IMHO, ODBC.

This feature is actually fairly low hanging fruit at this point.
The gnome enabled build has access network access, and the html
parser is quite robust.  I suspect this will go in during the 1.5
development cycle.
