There is no explicit packaging of gnumeric-1.1.x for rh9 that I know
of.  the stock rh9 packages should get you most of the way.  All you
might need would be libgsf & gal to go with gnumeric to build from
source.  Ben Liblit has done some nice work recently to get
gnumeric's sample spec.in functional.   So you may want to try the
1.1.17 tarball.
