hi,
my wife needs to do data anlysis on some simulation results. it's about
360cols by 10,000rows. is there any way to get gnumeric to support more cols?
patches, ideas where to fix the source, other programs she could use,
anything?
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50881 is probably not to
helpful, but changing the limit in your own source should be resonably
straight forward.
Other option:
the data analysis tools as well as the build-in functions are not
limited to work on a single sheet. You could reasonably divide your data
onto 2 sheets (of 180cols by 10000rows), and perform the analysis then
(I assume that each row is a record and each column a variable).
