I assuming I did this right by changing the dates to:

6/2/06 and 9/21/08

on the Office 97 version of Excel I get:

360
180
90
365
182.5
90 (although I get 91.25 if I do: COUPDAYS ("2/6/06","21/9/08",4,3) -
I'm guessing you made a typo above).
