Cell Format -> Number -> Custom
I've tried to have a reasonable set of defaults, but there are just
too many combinations to put everything in there.
2. When doing calculations with negative time, there is a kind of
rollover effect. But I realy need negative times. Is there some kind of
workaround ?
start end should have
8:00 15:00 8:00 b2-b1 <== should be -1:00 instead of 23:00
Use a different format.
hh:mm is limited to 0..23
[h]:mm is not.
