Articles? What do you mean?

a, an, the

But of course the style guide disagrees with Sasha's statement: It says:
Initial uppercase letter of the first word.
Initial uppercase letter for all nouns, adjectives, and verbs.
All lowercase letters for conjunctions, articles, and prepositions
                      of less than four letters.
Initial uppercase letter for prepositions of four letters or
                      longer.

Which means: although `of' and `and' are not articles they should be in lower case!!

- titles should not end with the period

Thank you! I saw this with the current documentation and it gave me a
headache and caused my nostrils to flare.

Of course this may also conflict with the style guide, which refers to Chicago Manual of Atyle which tates `add punctuation as necessary'. Therefore is a tile is a full sentence it must end with a period!

Good one! I'd say Enter. There are 3 people in my cubicle section as
me, and ours all say Enter (they're all IBMs, okay). But they all say
Enter. ENTER IT IS!

Well, I used to have a keyboard that had an enter key and a return key and they acted differently in some applications. (Say Mathematica)
