Gnumeric 0.74 aka 'aarrgghh please report bugs BEFORE a release' is now available.

        This is a bug fix release that fixes a couple of problems that were
        finally replicated a few hours after the last release.

        * Fix an ugly dependency bug.                           (Morten)
        * Fix regexp handling of escaped characters.            (Jody)
        * Improve XL import when faced with corrupt workbooks.  (Jody)
