Hi Eric,
Gnumeric is indeed a great app! If you'll grab the Gnumeric sources, you'll
see a file called "TODO" in the toplevel directory (see also: BUGS). There
is a *lot* of stuff in there. Make sure to read "HACKING" first though.
Also, there's a file called "PROJECTS" with the following header:
"This file is meant to hold a list of small tasks that need doing that would
be appropriate for new developers."
Also feel free to check out AbiWord, esp. if you have some C++ experience
that you're looking to flaunt :-) Email me back if you'd like some info on
Abi.

Hello,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not let me know.
I'm just getting in to the gnome arena and I'm looking for a place to
start. Gnumeric looks like a great app. I'm sure there's something you
guys could throw at a newbie. I've got plenty of programming
experience, but very little in C. If anyone has a direction they could
point me in, I'd appreciate the advice.
