You'll need to a 
    - make distclean
    - rerun autogen.sh

I've been doing a bit of cosmetic work in preparation for release
that requires this.  NOTE : anoncvs is usually about 24 hours
behind.  You notice the change when it hits as almost every file in
the repository has been touched.
