PATCH - printing online help updates

hi everyone,

I have made the following updates to the printing online help:
printing.sgml.diff - cvs diff to the sgml docs.
dialog-printer-setup.c.diff - patch to launch to the correct help section from
the customize header dialog.
*.png   - 5 images updating the old ones. (taken in the same theme without
decorations)

Because 5 png images become a bit large for an email, I have put all the files
(and the diffs) at the following url:

Would someone like to commit these to CVS for me?

It would be great to see the gnumeric online help be very polished for the 1.0
release.
Something that really bugs me with my copy is that the Table of Contents
contains a number of funny number characters. Is this just my docbook output or
does everyone see this?
